Grips

All Clear Grips are made in the USA. This revised version of my original clear golf grips has been dramatically improved. As well, the wrap grip for baseball/softball bats, hockey sticks, racquet sports, etc., has been revised for optimum performance. Our grips are a proprietary blend of elastomers/rubber-type materials, which is most common in the industry. The primary difference is we add a UV protectant to maintain the new grip feel and to maintain clarity. This certainly costs more and will provide a longer-lasting grip, which is why we are alone in the marketplace in doing so.

There are a few reasons you may choose a certain grip. Firmness, feel, tackiness, and visual pleasure. The feel is determined by hardness. There is a standardized way to measure the hardness of materials like rubber (elastomers) and plastics. Durometer measurement scales range from 0 to 100. The higher the number, the firmer it is. The spring-loaded device will read 100 for a material that the needle can not penetrate. The most popular golf grips range from 55-65. Our golf grips are a Shore 60A.

The 'feel' is, again, a personal decision. We do not have the ability to use a cord in our grips. We do have a concave pattern that seems to be the most popular choice.

We chose to make our golf grips tackier than our competitors.

Lastly, the visual options we possess are limitless. Anything you wish to see is possible since our grips are clear. Pictures, text, and colors can be selected or designed on our website in just minutes. More importantly, these custom labels can be done 1 at a time.
